D'n'D Dump

A collection of post D&D session doodles that I do for my friends/fellow players C: They're all a scruffy mess, but I try to avoid spending a lot of time on them. I've been linking to them in various other pictures, but thought I'd whack them here together for all to bask in my terrible attempts to be amusing/get an idea of how stupid my guys are when being played xD


1. Eldris beats his half-dragon foe and is super ecstatic about it. Stabs him in the back a few times because he really didn't like him - and he's the reason for comic number 2. These really should be the other way around haha xD But either way, he continued to explore the cave they fought in, then decided to go back an hour or so later to take the armour of the dragon corpse because he wanted it ;D

2. From the first session with Eldris, who leapt into one-on-one combat with a half-dragon that is supposed to be impossible to defeat. He held out pretty well to be fair, but he did go down, face first into the mud, then for added humiliation, was stabbed in the back with a spear while unconscious. But he loves it really ;D The aforementioned half-dragon is the one in strip 1, who he does get revenge on ;D The 'epic battle' probably lasted about twenty in-game seconds xD

3. The most recent one from the weekend. Zeke has a thing about clothes, and a vendetta against a Snooty Tailor, with whom he clashed with in the first session with him. Said tailor threw him out on the street for asking how much a jacket was, which gave away that he didn't have all that much money. It just made him want the clothes even more. So he's made it a thing that he'll go back and take revenge on the tailor, using whatever means he can. In his downtime atm, Zeke's making friends with a thieves guild, so he might set them on the tailor... Failing that he's all about charming people, and when he gets his hands on 'dominate person' he's dominating that tailor and taking all the clothes for himself ;D It was also joked once that since Zeke has a tendency to get tipsy, he regularly goes and yells abuse at the tailor/pees on his doorstep in the night. We are a very immature bunch ;D

4. Eldris is a bit of a clutz and got stuck surrounded by sentient mushrooms with lots of tentacles, which obviously went wandering whenever he messed up ;D

5. Dekker and co. travelled to a university city that had a magical barrier than would stop anyone from entering it if they harboured ill-intentions against it. So obviously Dekker sat there and spouted crap like this to make everyone super uncomfortable, especially the paladin xD He doesn't mean a word of it, he just likes to sit in the corner and pretend to be ominous ;D And of course he got in with no trouble at all. Though the paladin still thinks he's evil ;D He's quite happy to encourage his paranoia for the lulz C:

6. The super quick 'two year anniversary' picture I chucked out for Dekker and the Black Griffons, features Vairosaen the paladin (I refuse to draw him without a halo and wings xD) and Ragana the wizard, which alludes to how we first were when we started playing. We'd just stare at one another blankly, umm and ahhh constantly, and never really speak. We'd meet an NPC and just stare at them in silence. It was a lot of awkward sideways glances as we got to grips with playing, but our characters are never allowed to forget how socially awkward they were when they were starting off. That said, the paladin's player still yells paladin at the top of his voice occasionally.



Chances are there will be more of these, since I tend to do one at the end of each session. Next up being one with the Griffons and Dekker this weekend C: But I'll wait until I have a bunch like this because they're not exactly high quality pieces ;D
