The Archaeologist

... who's an assassin in his spare time.... when he's not teaching children the wonders of history ;3

After ponifying Sal, I remembered how much I love him and how much the few pictures I do have actually suck. His entrance image for the League of Bathrooms just looks ick. I may be biased towards Sal because we're archaeology buddies together (though Sal = Classsical, I = maritime), but as I always say, the juxtaposition of him as a high school teacher and an assassin with mafia family ties makes me happy - like a more badass version of Indiana Jones? xD Everything I developed for Sal I'm happy with, to the point where I'd happily take him out of the AC universe to use him as a 'normal' modern assassin/teacher combo. But alas, Grayson wins with my attention there xD

... and I wanted to draw him with his hood up too since he has so much hair/play with his 'work uniform' xD

In summary of Sal, he's early thirties, the most recent assassin in the family, American-Italian/Spanish, lives in New York and is an archaeologist who teaches history/archaeology at high school level.


I admit I used a ref for the pose because wtfarms D:, which is this wonderful stock image :3 Texture is from here and the typical AC loading screen-esque pattern was just from here.
