Draw This Again: Iski

I've been wanting to redraw this super old picture of a random dragon I made up for a while now... But I've not had the time or serious interest. But since I had a spare few minutes I knocked out something quickly to see what would happen. ..... Dragons are not my forte, especially ones that look like Iski ;D

Iski had no purpose than to be a random doodle with a name - Iski means three in some language I've completely forgotten, because he has clumps of three dots all over his body. And if I remember correctly, he was an ice dragon, or at least one that lived in the cold, hence the fluff, he's blind and wingless, which I'm going to guess is because of some kind of defect at birth. And that was pretty much all there was about him. The rare time I design something and it doesn't become a permanent character ;D
